Job Summary:

The IT Administrator is responsible for overseeing, maintaining, and supporting all computer systems, networks, and technology infrastructure for the corporate office, production kitchens, and two retail store locations. Based out of the central corporate office, this position requires regular travel to the two store locations to perform system maintenance, upgrades, and hands-on troubleshooting, ensuring consistency and reliability of IT services across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to users throughout multiple locations, addressing and resolving hardware and software issues.
• Assist in the maintenance and administration of servers and networks.
• Document and track IT support requests using ticketing systems.
• Manage and maintain asset inventory of hardware and software.
• Support the implementation of security protocols and monitoring systems.
• Draft and update policies and procedures related to computer support, installation, and use of IT hardware and software.
• Manage and troubleshoot Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
• Assist with migrating Hyper-V servers and applications to Microsoft Azure.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in help desk support and server/network administration.

• Networking: Cisco, Palo Alto, Ubiquiti, Ruckus Wi-Fi, VPNs, troubleshooting

Job Summary:

• Pastry and Cake Production: Prepare and bake pastries, cakes, and other baked goods according to recipes and production schedules

Qualifications:
