Wine Steward - Menlo Park
Job Description:
Draeger's Supermarkets, Inc in Menlo Park is seeking a full-time Wine Steward who has a passion for fine wine and enthusiasm for customer service. Flexibility in scheduling, including early evenings and weekends, is a must.
Draeger's is a family-owned grocery store that satisfies a variety of grocery needs. We offer a blend of gourmet items, international and natural foods, prepared foods/bakery products, meat, wine, catering, beverages and cookware products.
Reports to: Wine Manager.
Pay: $24.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Provide excellent customer service - greet customers in a friendly manner.
- Answer any wine inquiries and assist customers in selecting wine, beer, and spirits based on their preferences, budget, and occasions.
- Stock shelves, coolers, and displays as needed.
- Support wine department during special events, tastings, and promotions.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in wine and liquor retail preferred.

IT Systems/Network Administrator

Job Summary:
The IT Administrator is responsible for overseeing, maintaining, and supporting all computer systems, networks, and technology infrastructure for the corporate office, production kitchens, and two retail store locations. Based out of the central corporate office, this position requires regular travel to the two store locations to perform system maintenance, upgrades, and hands-on troubleshooting, ensuring consistency and reliability of IT services across the organization.
The IT Administrator also plays a key role in implementing security protocols, training employees on technology best practices, and supporting companywide technology initiatives to improve efficiency and data security.
ON-SITE ONLY – no remote work.
Salary: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to users throughout multiple locations, addressing and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the maintenance and administration of servers and networks.
- Document and track IT support requests using ticketing systems.
- Manage and maintain asset inventory of hardware and software.
- Support the implementation of security protocols and monitoring systems.
- Draft and update policies and procedures related to computer support, installation, and use of IT hardware and software.
- Manage and troubleshoot Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
- Assist with migrating Hyper-V servers and applications to Microsoft Azure.
- Set up, troubleshoot, and maintain Microsoft and Apple devices (laptops, desktops, tablets, phones, etc.), including hardware, operating systems, and applications.
- Support and maintain retail grocery equipment such as scanners, printers, scales, and point-of-sale systems.
- Manage patching and software deployments.
- Additional Experience with:
- Zendesk Ticketing Record Systems
- Accounting Systems, such as Quickbooks and AS400
- Anti-Virus Installation and Management
- VoIP 3CX, Vonage
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in help desk support and server/network administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows operating system.
- Working knowledge of Windows Server 2008/2012/2016+
- Networking: Cisco, Palo Alto, Ubiquiti, Ruckus Wi-Fi, VPNs, troubleshooting
- Cloud services such as Google Workspace and Office 365.
- Proficient in supporting MS Office, Adobe, Active Directory, backup software, endpoint cybersecurity, mobile devices, and various business applications.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work individually or as a team.
- Strong communication skills and a customer service-oriented mindset.
- Valid driver's license, and ability to travel to multiple sites independently.
- Availability for rotating off-hour schedules to provide weekend on-call or dispatch support.
- Must be able to lift up to 40lbs., stretch, reach and stoop.

Retail Deli Clerk - Experienced
Job Description:
Draeger's Supermarkets, Inc. in Menlo Park is seeking an experienced Deli Clerk for closing shifts.
The Deli Counter Closing Clerk provides friendly customer service, prepares and packages deli products, and maintains high standards of food safety throughout the shift. At the end of each shift, you will ensure the department is clean, stocked, and properly secured for the following morning.
Reports to: Deli Manager and Store Director.
Compensation: $20.00 to $26.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Expected Hours: 24-40 per week
Key Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):
- Provide friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable customer service throughout the shift.
- Accurately slice, weigh, package, label, and price deli meats, cheeses, and prepared foods, including sandwiches.
- Maintain product quality and food safety by following proper handling, rotation (FIFO), and temperature-control procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate low stock or out-of-stock items to supervisors.
- Restock deli case items, condiments, grab-and-go meals, and supplies as needed before closing.
- Prepare the department for end-of-day by consolidating product, wrapping/covering items, and storing all food according to company standards and health regulations.
- Clean and sanitize slicers, scales, knives, cutting boards, prep tables, and all deli equipment following proper safety protocols.
- Sweep, mop, and wipe down all counters, cases, and work areas to ensure the department is clean and ready for the next day.
- Complete closing checklists accurately and report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
- Follow all company policies, food safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Prior deli/food service or grocery experience preferred.
- Ability to operate slicers and other deli equipment safely.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to follow food safety and sanitation standards.
- Comfortable working independently in the final hours of the day.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work a variety of shifts including weekends, early mornings, evenings, and holidays.

Job Description:

Reports to: Store Director and Assistant Store Director.
Pay range: $22.00 - $29.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Able to provide excellent customer service.
- Greet each customer in a friendly manner.
- Operate cash register and process transactions, including cash handling procedures and opening and closing procedures.
- The ability to lift cases of product and having the skills to stock and face the grocery shelves properly are required.
- Performs light cleaning duties such as sweeping, dusting, etc. as necessary.
- Works with colleagues as a team; maintains a positive attitude and a willingness to help others.
- Performs other duties as required or assigned by superiors.
Qualifications:
