The New ‘Fruit’ Cocktail 
Serves 1

Ingredients:
  • 1.5 oz Hayman’s Gin
  • .75 oz Pomegranate juice
  • .5 oz Honey
  • .5 oz Zirbenz, Stone pine liqueur of the Alps
  • .25 oz 1870 bitter.... can be used in all
  • sorts cocktail don’t fear the big bottle
  • .25 oz lemon juice
  • 1 tsp bee pollen

Add all the ingredients to a shaker with an orange wheel and fill with ice.

Shake, and fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
