Sazerac Cocktail Serves 1

Ingredients:

2 ounces Sazerac Rye Whiskey
½ ounces Stirrings Simple Syrup
2 dashes Peychaud's Bitters
Pernod or Grande Absinthe (or Herbsaint)
For garnish: lemon slice

Instructions

Give a chilled glass of Absinthe (or Herbsaint) rinse and set aside. Stir the other ingredients in a mixing glass, strain into the chilled glass and garnish.
