Brandy Punch Difficulty: Intermediate  |  Prep Time: 10 Minutes  |  Serves 8-10

  • 1 cup De Kuyper Orange Curacao
  • 4 ounces Orange Juice
  • Juice of 1/2 Lemon
  • Half of a Lemon, Thinly Sliced
  • 3/4 Cup India Tree Caster Sugar
  • 1 Bottle of Camus Cognac
  • 1 Liter Soda Water
  • 1 large Punch Bowl

Gather your ingredients in the kitchen. In your punch bowl, begin by adding the orange curacao, orange juice, lemon juice and caster sugar together until the sugar dissolves completely (you can try less sugar, and add more to taste). Slice the second half the lemon into thin slices. Add the Camus cognac, and set the punch bowl aside until your guests arrive. Then add the soda water and a good deal of ice. Garnish with the lemon slices.
