Oven-Baked Baby Back Ribs 

  • ½ cup favorite dry rub (we recommend a slightly sweet blend)
  • 2 slabs baby back ribs (8 ribs each)
  • favorite barbecue sauce


Spread dry rub generously onto both sides of the ribs and let marinate for at least 1 hour and up to two days in advance. Preheat oven to 350°F. Place ribs on a foil-lined, rimmed sheet pan and roast in the oven until meat begins to pull away from the bone at the ends, approximate 1-1½ hours. Preheat grill. Coat both sides of ribs with barbecue sauce and grill over direct heat for one to 2 minutes per side, until sticky and browned to your liking.
