Crown Roast Pork

A circular "crown" of juicy pork chops that have been frenched in a lollipop-style and is stuffed with Italian sausage to give it extra flavor. Our pork for these chops comes to us from the Midwest and is all-natural, hormone-free and antibiotic free. They start at 16 ribs, and go up to 24 ribs. On the pork, usually one rib per person is enough since they tend to be on the bigger side. Reminder: We recommend using a meat thermometer to make sure everything is fully cooked- and take care not to test the bone because you’ll get a very different reading. Pork is 155°-160° depending on if you like your pork a little more cooked.
