A circular "crown" of delectable lamb chops that have been frenched in a lollipop-style and is stuffed with ground lamb. Our lamb for these chops comes to us locally from Dixon, California and is all-natural, hormone-free and antibiotic free. They start at 16 ribs, and go up to 24 ribs. On the lamb, we recommend 2-3 ribs per person, depending on if you have big eaters. Reminder: We recommend using a meat thermometer to make sure everything is fully cooked- and take care not to test the bone because you’ll get a very different reading. Lamb should be around 140° internal temperature; let it sit for a few minutes before cutting into it.
