of Wine (MW) title, the highest level of educational achievement recognized
internationally by the wine industry. He is also the first American
to receive the Madame Bollinger Foundation Award, which is bestowed
upon the MW candidate with the highest tasting score. Before joining
COPIA, Peter was the chief wine merchant at wine.com and for 15 years
prior, he was the director of wine at Draeger’s.

Domenico Wines in 2004. It is one of the newest and fastest growing
family-owned artisan wineries in the United States. Dominick was first
introduced to the art when he was two years old at his father’s and
grandfather’s wine press. Since his first release in 2005, Domenico
Wines has earned 124 medals. Today, the winery offers 22 hand-crafted
wines, including several Cal-Italia varietals.
