Terri Dien
Terri Dien parlayed over a decade’s worth of experience from being
a political consultant into her passion for food and earned a culinary
degree. An award-winning baker, Terri teaches pastry arts and creates
custom special occasion cakes.
Bill Hutton
Bill Hutton is an award-winning home chef who
has been involved with Draeger’s Cooking School since 1999. He has
honed his skills with a number of celebrity chefs and now has his own
company, B & B
Catering, which accommodates a select clientele.
Erin Maffit
After a career in the fashion industry, then a stint as a stay-at-home
mom, Erin Maffit followed her heart and enrolled in culinary school.
When she is not at Draeger’s, she works as a private chef and caterer.

Dan and Kathleen Taggart
Draeger’s Wine Consultant
Director, Draeger’s Cooking School and Draeger’s HOMEKathleen Taggart directed the Kitchen Kaboodle Cooking School in Portland
for seven years, where she and Dan taught classes. They co-authored
their first book, Entertaining People: Menus from
the Kitchen Kaboodle Cooking School, which won an IACP award. They went on to pen several
other books, including The Basic Gourmet Entertains,
Northwest Food and Wine and Cooking for the Week: Leisurely Weekend Cooking for Easy
Weekday Meals.
Brad Touchette
Brad Touchette followed a life-long ambition to become a chef and graduated
from the California Culinary Academy in Baking and Pastry Arts. He
is also a Certified Wine Professional, Foundation level, from The
Culinary Institute of America. Brad teaches baking and pastry outside
of Draeger’s.
